Adult Mental Health Services is widely noted for both the variety and the high quality of services it provides. The services are licensed by the Maine Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation. Other components hold licenses and certifications as necessary to their successful functioning.
All staff have the advantage of case review meetings, review of their work by professional peers, staff training, and other professional development activities.
The Adult Mental Health Advisory Committee consists of consumers, family members, mental health professionals and concerned community members who function as resource persons and monitor programs in order to increase quality of care.
