Quality Services staff are all qualified by a combination of education, training, and experience necessary to fulfill a given job. Most direct service staff hold Bachelor Degrees, or higher, in a field relevant to their responsibilities and are licensed by the State of Maine and certified by the Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation.
All staff are closely supervised on a regular basis by mental health professionals with a high level of experience and training. In addition, expert consultation is available through a licensed psychologist and psychiatrists.
