Individual Counseling for adults is provdied in our offices as well as other sites in the community.  Please call the office nearest you for availability and scheduling.

Group Therapy for adults is available inseveral offices. Please call the office nearest you for availability and scheduling. Groups include DBT, TREM, and Pathways to Recovery.

Our Adult Therapy service utilizes a recovery-focused treatment approach which is based on the factors, identified by research, that make mental health treatment successful. Our approach privileges the client’s voice in treatment to the maximum extent possible, while adhering to professional and ethical standards of practice, and celebrates clients’ strengths and heroic qualities. Uniquely, the approach incorporates regular measurement of client progress as well as attention to the client’s perception of the treatment process, using simple tools that can be administered in under a minute. These therapy tools are known as the Partners for Change Outcome Management System (PCOMS), and the data these tools provide us are gathered through a system known as Better Outcomes Now. The use of PCOMS enables us to make adjustments to the treatment as needed so as to enhance the likelihood of the successful resolution of difficulties as quickly as possible.
