CHCS Provides a caring community for individuals and groups.
When you or your family receive services from the professionals of Community Health and Counseling Services, you receive support from people who are living in your city or town ... your neighbors.
Most often, you receive those services within the familiarity and comfort of your own home. This allows for a quicker recovery. If you or a loved one is receiving hospice care it allows you to remain in your own home, close to family and friends. Often times, family becomes a big part of the palliative care team and supports the you or your loved one throughout the end of life's journey. This becomes an important part of the entire end-of-life process. It also is important to have your family involved when going through recovery of any type, whether it be physical or mental health recovery. Support from friends and family serve to strengthen treatment and gives greater opportunity for success.
Community Health and Counseling Services will provide community health services that are needed and valued by the communities and individuals we serve.
