Job Description

The Administrative Assistant provides a broad range of administrative support to the Agency, staff, programs, patient/client care and administrative components of CHCS.
This position works with other staff as part of the overall support team within our Bangor Home Health and Hospice region.
Works closely with the Senior Leadership Team members.
Will have regular interaction with Agency staff members and other agencies as appropriate, such as but not limited to community physicians, pharmacies, outside vendors, and others representing external agencies.
Must have knowledge of medical terminology and medical secretarial processes and strong working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet application programs.
