Job Description
PATH Supervisor has oversight authority for the PATH program to provide outreach, case management and service coordination services to youth and adults, who are homeless and have mental illness or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder. Also are eligible under the Maine Projects in Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) program. The supervisor is responsible for the identification of eligible individuals, assessment of needs, planning, linking to resources, monitoring and evaluation of services and supports needed by homeless individuals. Also the PATH supervisor has oversight authority for assigned positions, including responsibilities related to hiring, employee supervision, performance evaluations, managing disciplinary issues and providing leadership with the PATH team. Also need the ability to participate in street outreach, engage people who are homeless, perhaps living outdoors, at shelters, or other community locations.
