Residential Leader of CSU
|Education:||Bachelor's degree in mental health or related field|
|Experience:||3 years plus leadership experience|
Will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of Adult and Children’s Crisis Stabilization Units (CSU) in the absence of the CSU Supervisor on the weekends.
Will provide strong leadership and administrative support to both CSU programs, with the primary assistance being delivered on the weekends from Friday to Monday (four 10 hours days). Some of the additional functions will include treatment plans, direct work with clients, and discharge planning.
Will require a high level of flexibility, autonomy, and independent decision-making skills to support the 24/7 CSU units.Apply Online
