Red Hot Dog Festival

CHCS has been proud to be a vendor at Dexter’s Red Hot Dog Festival and will be looking forward to the next time Dexter holds the event. This fun day allows us to share with community members what foster care is, why it is needed and the ways in which people can help to make sure that all children have safe, loving and encouraging homes. We have appreciated people sharing their stories with us of how foster care has touched their own lives. This thriving home-grown local festival definitely reminds us of a sense of community and connectedness.
