Community Health and Counseling Services (CHCS) is thrilled to announce the launch of our new Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) program! We will be providing comprehensive, integrated mental health and substance use treatment services at our Bangor, Dover, Lincoln, and Ellsworth offices.
What is a CCBHC? A Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) is designed to provide a comprehensive range of mental health and substance use services. Our goal is to improve access to high-quality care, enhance coordination of services, and ensure that individuals receive the support they need to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Work schedule – Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm on site.
Will be responsible for managing referrals that come to our CCBHC services across the service locations. This role is responsible for managing internal and external referrals, conducting basic screenings to determine appropriate services, and collecting initial data necessary for processing referrals. This role involves scheduling individual with providers and ensuring effective communication between internal and external providers to meet client needs. This role works collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure clients receive the necessary services and support to improve their health outcomes and quality of life.
