As a community-based, not-for-profit provider of hospice care services, CHCS is committed to caring for and improving the lives of the people in our communities.

At the center of hospice is the belief that each of us has the right to die pain-free and with dignity. At CHCS New Hope Hospice we believe the needs of the patient and family should drive the activities of the hospice team.
