Job Description

Administers the Bridging Rental Assistance Program (BRAP) and Shelter Plus Care Programs for Penobscot, Washington, Hancock, Aroostook and Piscataquis Counties and provides assistance to the Rental Services Supervisor as needed. Administers all aspects of these programs and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations. Assists with property management functions for Adult ACFS residential housing properties, including rent collection, tenant screening and compliance with funding source requirements. Must have experience using Outlook, Excel and Word, have some comfort with database updates, monthly reports and billing as well as drafting letters. Must be able to work well with clients with mental health diagnoses.
