Spiritual Advisor - Piscataquis & Penobscot County


Community Health and Counseling seeks the Contracted Services of a Spiritual Advisor for its Hospice Program in Lincoln & Dover Foxcroft. The Spiritual Advisor provides consultation to CHCS staff, assisting them to provide spiritual support for terminally ill clients and their families in the comfort of their own homes.  To qualify, the individual must be enrolled in or a graduate of an accredited seminary or school of theology, or possess appropriate certification in hospital or pastoral ministry.

Current State of Maine RN license is required; recent clinical care experience and/or home health care experience a plus but not required.

Machias - Full-time

Carry out established physical therapy programs under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.  Must have a Maine PTA license and 1 year related experience.

Home Health/Hospice Aide (CNA)

Full-time 40 hrs per week openings in Lincoln

Provides both personal care to patients and environmental assistance to families under the supervision of the delegated primary nurse, thus allowing as far as possible, for the continuance of the necessary normal family activities within the patient's home. May be assigned to provide block time home health/hospice aide services for a hospice patient.

Experience working with the elderly; experience working with multi-problem families desirable. 

Must be on the State of Maine CNA and possess a valid Maine driver’s license
